placement/nova/conf/service.py
Markus Zoeller d8d0bea825 add "needs:*" tags to the config option modules
To make it trackable which fixes the config options need, we add tag
at the beginning of the files. If the fix is done, the tag will be
removed. We discussed this on the ML with [1].
