Revert "Bump max-servers limestone nodepool provider to 10"

There are some issues with name resolution, probably related to the lack of public ipv4 addresses, need further investigation. This reverts commit 2a0d9faadb. Change-Id: I12bc4adf739092b811ca694c535d3492fcf70dc9
