Add an "apply" transformation which applies all
The Gerrit ACL normalization script has an "all" transformation which reports all transformation results to the screen. Add a similar "apply" shortcut to directly transform the file being operated on in a non dry run fashion. Change-Id: I73a07a3542ca26ddfcf01eab1d7be11cec70da85
