Inspur is working on a log collection/management module for OpenStack.
It needs to be released under an open source license and fleshed out
before it can be officially proposed as an offical OpenStack project.
Create a inspur/venus-dashboard repository and use the same ACL
with Venus project(c187f81028) to do
all that preliminary work.

Several foundation channels have moved to new names and the old ones
have been set private to ensure new joins get correctly forwarded.
Unfortunately this means that our check access script is unable to
correctly determine permissions as it does not use a privileged
account and instead receives an access denied error from ChanServ
when trying to perform an access list call on each of them. Remove
these channels so we'll stop blocking merge of unrelated changes in
this repository.
Also take gerritbot out of #openstack-ptg so accessbot won't insist
on it being listed.

The base nodeset is still bionic, but at least cryptography fails
to build (after https://github.com/pyca/cryptography/issues/5753).
Long-term is probably the long term fix (the base nodesets
are going to switch to focal at some point, and the override
could be then removed).

openstack-forum, openstack-ptg, openstack-summit and openinfra-summit
will now be openinfra-events.
openstack-diversity will now be openinfra-diversity.
openstack-foundation will now be openinfra.
openstack-board will come later after we can get op rights and
register the channel.

As disscussed in Wallaby PTG [1], QA and Horizon team
decided to move the horizon dashboard test from tempest-horizon
to Tempest. Scenario tests in tempest-horizon have been merged
into the tempest repository.
tempest-horizon is branchless so we can retire it without
a deprecation phase.

This is a request to create the airship/gerrit-to-github-bot
project in opendev.
This bot synchronizes state between gerrit patchsets, where
airship work is done, and github issues, where airship scope
is tracked.
If you can seed the new gerrit group with me then I can add
the appropriate core team.
The upstream imported project, while created for Airship in
the first place, is essentially abandoned by its owner (hence our
need to import to airship proper to continue enhancing it).
We are unable to clean up the extra feature branch outside of master.

Relocate the opendev/bindep repository from the openstack tenant
into the opendev tenant. Also delete its jobs, as the next change to
land will add them in the project's repository instead.

VEXXHOST no longer offers to flavors of instances, and it makes more
sense to use the standard flavors. This flavor has 8 cores, 32GB
of memory and 160GB of disk space. It doesn't make sense to have
a smaller memory/disk allocation as the hypervisors are ratio'd out
to work with this configuration.

Merge once the mirror server in citycloud-kna1 is reachable and
working correctly.

Our mirror server in citycloud-kna1 is unreachable, even after a
reboot. The console log shows it booted fine and started services,
but connectivity seems to die somewhere in Citynetwork's KNA3 core
routers. For now, stop booting new job nodes here until we and the
provider can work out what's transpired.

The editHashtags key should be accepted as acl entry key as it's
required to define permissions to edit hashtags in the gerrit ui.

Now that the repo openstack/glance-tempest-plugin has been imported,
adding the official-openstack-repo-jobs template.

Recently we did some change in names of the CI jobs and we moved some
jobs to the experimental and periodic queues.
This patch reflects those changes in the Grafana dashboard.
It also removes graph with number of periodic jobs run every day as
those jobs are run once per day so there is no need to have this graph
at all.

Add the rbd-iscsi-client repo to the cinder project. It will
follow the independent release model.
rbd-iscsi-client was added to global-requirements by commit
2ce1a5eaab. The cinder project is assuming maintenance of the
library.

unreachable/broken during builds, turn it back off again while we
dig deeper in service logs.
