This is a new repo for the Zuul project. It will hold an
implementation of a Kubernetes Operator for Zuul, which is an
automated deployment mechanism. It makes the most sense for it
to reside in its own Git repo.

Anyone in #openstack-ptg is likely to be using ptgbot, so it'll
probably help if they are aware of ongoing bugfixes / enhancements
etc. to the bot. Bot development is slow paced enough that this
is unlikely to cause spam issues :-)

The Airship project namespace has changed from "openstack" to "airship"
and Airship projects are no longer prefixed with "airship-" as a result
of the OpenDev migration [0]. This change updates the gerritbot projects
for the Airship IRC channel to reflect changes from the migration.

libyaml now needs to Loader keyword to not throw a warning, use
safe_load instead everywhere.
sort_keys isn't supported for reasons surpassing understanding, so
switch to ruamel.yaml for the places where we write contents back
out.
Our ruamel.yaml wrapper strips extra leading space, which is needed
when the root object is a list. When the root object is NOT a list,
it's not needed. Add a flag to the constructor to toggle the
behavior.
For gerrit/projects.yaml this leads to a different wrapping of
description fields, which is included here.
Let ruamel.yaml handle comments
Since we've switched to ruamel.yaml, we don't need to strip
comments. Stop stripping them. Intra-list comments aren't
supported, so just remove them.
Please don't ask me why we can't have a space before openstack-merlin.

Collect-logs role exists in openstack/tripleo-quickstart-extras,
But in order to make it reusable, we are moving this bundled
role to a seperate repo so that other deployment tools can
reuse it.

branch of the openstack/ara project.
The use case for keeping them separate doesn't justify the additional
management and maintenance overhead.

This project builds on to windmill, but will be used to provide optional
backup support. We'll be using both ansible-role-borgbackup and
ansible-role-borgmatic to accomplish this. We do not plan to release to
pypi at this time, and all testing will be in tree.

The rpm-packaging team manages their own stable branches and it is
useful to be notified of incoming changes on the stable branches, so add
it to the rpm-packaging channel's gerritbot config.

This patch adds two Ansible roles used to manage client software for
Hardware Security Modules (HSMs). These roles are used in TripleO
to install HSM client software on controller nodes to enable the
PKCS#11 backend for Barbican.
