This makes some updates to reflect currently running jobs for:
* cinder: tempest-integrated-storage
* glance: tempest-integrated-storage
devstack-plugin-ceph-tempest-py3
* tempest: tempest-full-py3
devstack-plugin-ceph-tempest-py3
This also adds a graph for the Nova stable/train branch.

There are two changes here:
1. Change tempest-full to tempest-integrated-storage per
change I38a930d1e8ceef25db0f5b0b26b6402192dc8322 in
Cinder. Note that cinder still runs the tempest-full
job but I suspect that will go away in Ussuri since
it's python 2.7.
2. Change devstack-plugin-ceph-tempest to
cinder-plugin-ceph-tempest per change
Ia532b3fcfbecee7c6dc7aa302e6d90a8067b7ff0.

As of change I11dd1a94054ed29f70330906c1d95967b3de718c, the .zuul.yaml
config for the nova master branch changed from running the
tempest-full-py3 job to the tempest-integrated-compute job. This
updates the ceph grafana dashboard accordingly.

This adds the glance and tempest projects to the ceph failure rate
tracking dashboard. It also adds the nova stable branches to the view.
Finally, the default time period is changed to the last 7 days and the
panel width increased to look better (idea stolen from the neutron
grafana dashboard).

This updates the stats to the latest locations found on
https://graphite.opendev.org and changes the dashboard to show two
panels: one for the nova job and one for the cinder job, since CI
jobs have moved under projects.

The current job name is devstack-plugin-ceph-tempest so
this updates the grafana yaml file to use that.

The gate-tempest-dsvm-neutron-full-ubuntu-xenial
job was renamed to tempest-full in Queens during
the zuulv3 transition.
The ceph job was renamed to
legacy-tempest-dsvm-full-devstack-plugin-ceph
during the zuulv3 transition.
Obviously this graph is going to be wrong for any
of the old job names, or results before the job
renames, but since the ceph job is non-voting
it's likely only really useful to see the results
since queens anyway.

This dashboard contains a graph that plots ceph failures against the
default job. This should help us to more easily monitor the health of
the ceph jobs, in the interest of becoming voting in the future.
