Add the channel to accessbot, this is needed so that
statusbot works - see merged change:

This patch removes two inactive channels
"openstack-nova-solver-scheduler" and "jacket" from
channel list of gerritbot and accessbot. This change
tries to free bots if they are hitting channel limit.

The Neutron FireWall-as-a-Service team is diverging a bit from the rest
of the Neutron team, and will soon be holding a virtual mid-cycle. In
order not to clutter the overall #openstack-neutron channel, and to
serve the FWaaS team as it continues to diverge from Neutron, we would
like the #openstack-fwaas channel logged.

Browbeat can orchestrate multiple performance tools against
an OpenStack Cloud. It also helps users standup infrastructure such
as Collectd/Graphite/Grafana/ElasticSearch/Kibana and many other tools
to monitor performance and health of an OpenStack deployment. Browbeat
also performs performance tests using tools such as Rally, Shaker and
PerfKit.
We do not want to upload to pypi as of yet.

ARA: Ansible Run Analysis makes Ansible Playbook runs easier
to visualize, understand and troubleshoot.
ARA is three things:
- An Ansible callback plugin to record playbook runs into a local or
remote database
- A CLI client to query the database
- A web interface to visualize the database
The project is an initiative of the RDO community to help parse
the results of CI jobs that are driven by Ansible.
More details are available on the openstack-infra mailing list [1]
Please note that there is no launchpad created for this project.
We would prefer skip an eventual migration and integrate with
StoryBoard directly.

The channel is being used to collaborate on cross project quota work. We
need it to be added to the list and have changes announced there.

Higgins is a Container Management Service for OpenStack to make
container available as first class resources in OpenStack. It aims
to provide an unified API or launching and managing containers
backed by different container technologies.
Magnum is the original OpenStack Container Service, but this is
going to change [1]. In the future, Magnum will focus on deploying
and managing Container Orchestraction Engines (COEs), and the job of
managing container life-cycle will go into Higgins, which is
independent of Magnum.
Higgins is not an official OpenStack project yet, but we will work
hard to make it become an official project.

This project is to create an API endpoint for a sad panda. We have a
wiki[1], launchpad[2], blueprints[3] set up already.
Some of the larger enterprise customers requested a visual representation
of an error page. This is a standard API endpoint for all of OpenStack
to use to have the standard error. Initial release is just an image, but
eventually we plan on having a more dynamic way to serve pictures.
This is Sad Pandas as a Service.

We are retiring the packstack-dev channel and are moving packstack
related things to #rdo.
We also want to benefit from the eavesdrop logging service.

Currently this is causing our accessbot changes to fail,
because when hitting that redirection the check hangs until
it times out. Renaming accessbot and gerritbot to properly
reflect the new name of the channel.

Now there are many people and enterprises using private clouds
and public clouds, such as OpenStack, VMware vCloud Director, AWS,
Azure and so on. Because clouds' API models are different from
each other, users will meet the following problems:
* High cost of learning
* Large workload to deploy the business in a new cloud
* Difficult to scale out the workload across the different clouds
The target of jacket project is to offer the standard OpenStack
API model for these heterogeneous clouds.
Jacket project's wiki is https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Jacket.

The openstack-product IRC channel will be used by the OpenStack Product
Working Group for additional conversations when the meetings take longer
than our allocated time on the openstack meeting channel. The product
working group will also be in the channel so that we can answer any
questions related to our working group and/or user stories.

Steth is an inspection tool that can aid in pinpointing
issues before deployment and during operation of an OpenStack environment.
This tool can inspect the following network connectivity:
* VLAN
* VxLAN
* GRE

ekko is a project that will bring block-based backup to OpenStack in a
way that is scallable by using object-storage for the backend. The
backup itself is enabled by a new feature in QEMU 2.4 that allows for
changed block tracking and incremental backups of running VMs.
A common feature I have seen requested throughout the community is
true block-based backups of VMs. I have been working on a way to solve
the scalability issue of backups for a while [1] and now that QEMU has
officially released this feature we can bring backup to OpenStack in a
way that is as scallable as OpenStack itself using Swift as a backend.
This would be different than a nova snapshot because that is not a
true backup. That does not allow for the space savings of incremental
backups nor compression or encryption which are requirements for a
good backup in my experience.
Future goals would including bringing this to other hypervisors since
Hyper-V and VMWare both support CBT and incremental backups of running
VMs. As well as potentially backing up Cinder volumes in a similiar
fashion.

Solar provides flexible orchestration and resource management
framework for deploying distributed systems. It leverages abstraction
layer over commonly used configuration management systems like puppet,
ansible etc. to enable complex, multi node orchestration. Solar can be
used as separate tool for quick prototyping deployment topology, but
as a framework it can be also integrated with existing tools used to
configure and deploy distributed systems including OpenStack clouds.
Solar also provides control over resulting changes by introducing
changes log and history for deployment entities. This enables more
control over lifecycle management of infrastructure.

This project is to provide a flexible and easy to
use operating system installation tool. It is to focus
on providing advanced partitioning functionality as well
as advanced pre-configuration features. It differs from
existent great cloud oriented solutions like Ironic Python
Agent (OS provisioning) and Cloud init (OS pre-configuration).
It is to be a tool similar to old plain OS installation tools like
anaconda or debian-installer but dramatically more convenient.
