The launchers have had this label removed and if things look over there
the last step in the nodepool retirement of this image type is to remove
it from the builders.

This serves as a sanity check that we don't have any fedora-30 usage

Nova CPU service fails to boot instances on ARM64 with the following
error log message:
qemu-kvm: cannot set up guest memory 'mach-virt.ram': Cannot allocate memory
This was observed while testing Octavia-enabled devstack deployments in
CI [1]. This patch adds a 16 GB RAM label for CentOS 8, similarly to
existing 16 GB RAM Bionic label introduced in [2].

Remove legacy gate jobs from this repo. Initially these will be
replaced by entries in the project-local gate configurtion, and
will eventually be transitioned to non-legacy gate jobs.

This require us to shutdown some of the compute nodes,
therefore reducing effective compute capacity.

The openstack-python-jobs causes problems for stable/ussuri, as it
adds py27 jobs. Since python2.7 is deprecated in ussuri, we need
to remove this from the GBP gate jobs. Once merged, the GBP projects
will need to modify their local zuul configuration to ensure that the
required jobs (e.g. py36, py37) are included.

This switches the Airship project's gerritbot config to use the
new #airshipit-gerritbot channel, instead of the #airshipit channel.
This will help make sure conversation doesn't get missed in #airshipit.
