Snap packages provide an alternative distribution semantic to deb or rpm packages; A snap typically contains a services and the majority of its dependencies, and by default will run in an AppArmor and Seccomp confined snapbox, with limited access to the host OS filesystem and other system resources. Snaps (and the services then encapsulate) are given permission to access host OS services, and services provided from other snaps using interfaces (modelled as sockets and plugs). This commit covers a minimal set of Snap package definitions for OpenStack, and a small supporting library to help build out Oslo config command line arguments for OpenStack daemons.
