Jeremy Stanley 3503d8dda2 Correct command wrapping in tarball signing script
Make line wrapping and quoting consistent for shell substitutions in
the tarball signing script. The error this corrects was benign in
cases where the repo name and package name match, but caused
failures for packages where this is not the case.
