Andreas Jaeger 9b8c1eb261 Handle traceroute in /usr/sbin
openSUSE installs traceroute in /usr/sbin - but it can run as normal
user. Add /usr/sbin to PATH so that the traceroute and traceroute6 calls
work for net-info.
