In I478a64b21d9f19ece21ec5fb7a1327a106664529 (Move the requirements-constraints job to the periodic-weekly pipeline) we switched the job to run from the weekly pipeline. After checking on Saturday at approx 17:00 UTC) the job hadn't triggered.
