Jeremy Stanley 261f8b1e79 Correct LOGS path in wheel build script 
A recent change assumed $LOGS was a relative path, but it starts
with $(pwd) so is absolute. Correct this broken assumption which was
causing the script to exit non-zero and fail the
publish-wheel-mirror-* jobs.
