David Gurtner f8ecd2bd4b Refactor ceph::profile::rgw ...

- Clean up setting values to their defaults.
- Remove the if clause to enable rgw - if you include rgw you want rgw,
if you don't, don't include the class.
- Make sure all parameters that get passed are from ceph::profile::params
