Arne Wiebalck 95a3a9ad18 NetApp: use $name for configuration group name 
For NetApp backends, set the name of the backend configuration
group in cinder.conf to the title of the defined type for the
backend (rather than using 'volume_backend_name'). This allows
to support multiple backend configuration groups to use the same
volume_backend_name.
