Dan Bode 6c7f13b047 Cleaning up deps 
even though the pythin being managed by apt, the
graph is more accurate with this dep.

placing the dep on the Nova::Manage::Admin define 
was creating an extra edge/vertice in the graph.

h1. Prerequisites

The openstack repo should be made available:
see: http://docs.openstack.org/cactus/openstack-compute/admin/content/installing-the-cloud-controller.html

This is currently known not to work on 2.6.4.
