The bundler library has been pinned to 2.2.11 but this is quite old. This attempts to remove that pin and use the latest version instead. Change-Id: I1bdbfed38941c26ea17d2c595b6d8b1968b8c376

This gem provides helper utilities for running rspec tests in the OpenStack Puppet Modules.
Usage
Include this gem in your Gemfile:
gem 'puppet-openstack_spec_helper',
:git => 'https://opendev.org/openstack/puppet-openstack_spec_helper',
:require => false
In your Rakefile, require the rake_tasks library:
require 'puppet-openstack_spec_helper/rake_tasks'
