Improvments:
- use default_facts variable for spec tests;
- use different name for 'file name' parameter in validate_file function.

venv: create venv & run pip in exec

Tempest deleted the venv management scripts [1] so now, puppet-tempest
is able to deploy the venv & run pip by itself.

Tempest

7.0.0 - 2015.2 - Liberty

Module for installing and configuring tempest.

Tempest is the test suite that can be used to run integration tests on an installed openstack environment.

This module assumes the provisioning of the initial OpenStack resources has been done beforehand.

Beaker-Rspec

This module has beaker-rspec tests

To run:

shell bundle install bundle exec rspec spec/acceptance
