yatin b4fafb69f0 Adjust package names for Fedora

For Fedora only py3 packages are build, so now we have
to use python3-*-tests from [1] for Fedora.

Tempest

Module for installing and configuring tempest.

Tempest is the test suite that can be used to run integration tests on an installed openstack environment.
