Martin Mágr 16e82e68ea CentOS 7 compatibility ...

This patch fixes:
  - invalid client package name for RH platform
  - missing common package installation in init.pp
  - package/group/directory creation order for CentOS,
    but leaves invalid order for Ubuntu because without
    it is not installable (see bug #1365561)
  - exists_notification_transformer is disabled
    to workaround bug #1402055
