Julien Danjou 15f43e5de4 Name the package `gnocchiclient'

There is no good reason to name this python-gnocchiclient, except
following the bad trend started with OpenStack. Let's be smarter and use
gnocchiclient on PyPI.

gnocchiclient

Python bindings to the OpenStack Gnocchi API

This is a client for OpenStack gnocchi API. There's a Python API <api> (the gnocchiclient module), and a command-line script <shell> (installed as gnocchi). Each implements the entire OpenStack Gnocchi API.
