Paul Kehrer 33682086fb modified get/delete methods on order and secrets and renamed dicts
-Original methods renamed: get_order_by_id and get_secret_by_id
-New methods (get_order, get_secret) take href
-- *by_id methods call the new methods
-get/delete examples now take id or href
-Dicts no longer mask the built-in dict() method
