Shogo Saito c4770df453 v2 API Support(using openstack-sdk)
Modifying cyborgclient to supporting v2 API,
and using openstack sdk.
This patch depends openstacksdk patch[1].

command usage:
$openstack accelerator *commands below*

deployable ( list | show | program )
device list
device profile ( list | create | delete | show )
arq ( list | create | delete | show | bind | unbind )
