Unify using six.moves.range rename everywhere
Mainly to improve consistency, use range() from six.moves renames across glance. Behaves consistently like py2 xrange() and py3 range(). Change-Id: I7c573a3a9775f454b98d25f2a14f8e9f5f4ac432
