shizhihui 16b50f84da Add functinoal tests for 'openstack stack snapshot delete' 
For now, there are several heat osc CLIs which do not have own functional tests
in heatclient/tests/functional/osc/v1. I think it is time to add some for heatclient.
Add functional test for 'openstack stack snapshot delete'

OpenStack Orchestration API Client Library

This is a client library for Heat built on the Heat orchestration API. It provides a Python API (the heatclient module) and a command-line tool (heat).
