Julia Kreger e5f25fd2a5 trivial: fix author in latex doc output ...

I noticed recently our PDF builds had "OpenStack LLC" as
the author, and I beleive that is coming from the latex
definition for the docs build. Hopefully this should
fix it and make it clear.
