Andrey Kurilin 1168c0f491 Add python classifiers to setup.cfg
It is hard to understand which python version manilaclient supports
without explicit classifiers. Python 2.7 and Python 3.4 are added to
classifiers, since they are tested in the regular gates. Python versions,
which are not tested, should not be listed in the classifiers.
