debeltrami 1075210b95 Add security add/update services for in-use share networks
This change adds two new commands to the client:
- 'share-network-security-service-update'
- 'share-network-security-service-update-check'
- 'share-network-security-service-add-check'
- 'share-network-reset-state'

Partially Implements: bp add-security-service-in-use-share-networks
