Elvira García 776e360e35 Fix help sentence in network log create --enable 
As the documentation states [1], the default in network log objects is
to be enabled, not disabled.

Python bindings to the Neutron API

This is a client library for Neutron built on the Neutron API. It provides a Python API (the neutronclient module) and a command-line tool (neutron).
