reedip 629393090b Improve Help message of VPN Update CLI
The vpn-* and ipsec-connection update CLIs do not
show all possible updatable options. With respect to
the information in [1], this patch introduces the updatable
options in the following CLIs:

neutron ipsec-site-connection-update
neutron vpn-ipsecpolicy-update
neutron vpn-service-update
neutron vpn-ikepolicy-update
