There are no client-side changes for either 2.94 or 2.95, so just do
the bump and add release notes.

Latest Version

This is a client for the OpenStack Compute API. It provides a Python API (the novaclient module) and a deprecated command-line script (nova). The Python API implements 100% of the OpenStack Compute API.
