In Python 2, dict.keys() will return a list.
But in Python 3, it will return an iterator.
So we need to fix all the places that assuming
dict.keys() is a list.

File names under doc/source/command-objects/ are words connected
with "-". So rename subnet_pool.rst to subnet-pool.rst to keep
the consistence.
Also use "display" instead of "show" in the comment to keep the
consistence.
