Takashi Natsume fb1f841d2d Replace deprecated datetime.utcnow()
The datetime.utcnow() is deprecated in Python 3.12.
Replace datetime.utcnow() with
datetime.now(datetime.timezone.utc).replace(tzinfo=None).
