Raise ClientException for invalid auth version.
- Fixes LP Bug #1008667. - Fix a pep8 error along the way to pass jenkins. - Update openstack.swift.common to get jenkins passing for 1.2 pep8 error. Change-Id: I4ce86a94e1c799807a2ad8e7e1c502b1eb8a51c7
