All help texts uses "Positional argument" with the exception of tempurl. Update tempurl to use this as well so that the formatting tools work fine and can show this nicely on http://docs.openstack.org/cli-reference/content/swiftclient_commands.html#swiftclient_subcommand_tempurl like it's done for other options.
