Rabi Mishra 025b88aa38 Simplify setting deployment status 
We don't use mistral anymore to set the deployment status.
This simplifies setting of the deployment status and also
removes the usage of DeploymentStatusAction.

About tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
