Brad P. Crochet 094f7d4a43 Call pre-deployment checks in workflows 
Remove the old pre-deployment checks code that is now in a
workflow, and call that workflow.

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
