Luke Short 0e901cda25 Remove mistral when creating the overcloudrc file. 
Remove the mistral indirection and Use the tripleo-common
infrastructure directly when creating an overcloudrc file.

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
