Steven Hardy 112dbb1075 Add -n/--networks-data option 
This allows overriding the default network_data.yaml, similar to the
existing interface for roles_data.yaml.

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
