This patch adds logging support for validations. It introduces two new Tripleo Validator commands to allow the user to get the executions history and get the details of them. The TripleO Validator CLI has now a new logging feature which keep every

validation execution log in the Undercloud (/var/log/validations/). The CLI

is able to display the history and allow the user to get the full execution
