Brendan 2600260be5 Ensure no duplicate IPs are used in undercloud.conf 
If duplicate IPs are used in undercloud.conf it will cause
issues with haproxy.

Closes-Bug: #1832168

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
