Rafael Folco 2aca771c1b Switch to content provider jobs/templates 
This change switches templates and jobs to the content provider
dependency relation so the jobs share the produced artifacts.

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
