James Slagle 648cc2bc7d Don't force verbosity of 1 for config-download ... Instead, honor the value of verbosity that was specified on the command line. This will make the ansible tasks less verbose by default, so that we don't have to add no_log everywhere which actually ends up hiding useful output.
