Harald Jensås 940ee3279b Add '--provide' option to node clean command 
Provide (make available) the nodes once cleaning is
completed.

Also add tests for node cleaning.

Closes-Bug: #1806502

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
