Ana Krivokapic a474c6d843 Clean up last mentions of Mistral environments 
We are not storing plan data in Mistral any longer, all of it is now
in the plan-environment.yaml file in Swift.

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
