Change Ib0c2e3ffd81742441400d27857afae457d71a424 introduce
some dynamic constants for output dir and environment
directory.

This change adds HOME to environment for genconfig.

tripleoclient

tripleoclient is an OpenStackClient (OSC) plugin implementation that implements commands useful for TripleO and the install and management of both an undercloud and an overcloud.
