This is needed in reprovisioning upgrade to be able to deploy new keys without having to run an entire deployment. We add some error handling: - raise an error if no host is found; - display a message if ssh connection fails Change-Id: I4cbcfe4aa5596969ee501a41645b9b29e9a7236d Implements: blueprint upgrades-with-os
