Subject: [PATCH] Updates .gitignore to ignore *.egg*

Reasons:
 - pbr-*.egg* is created during tox testing
 - To ignore any package being generated in future

Changes:
 - *.egg* is added in .gitignore
 - python_troveclient.egg* is removed as *.egg*
   takes care of this too.
