This change adds database support to the python-openstackclient
project for the user access related command.
The trove command user-grant-access is now:
openstack database user grant access
The trove command user-revoke-access is now:
openstack database user revoke access
The trove command user-show-access is now:
openstack database user show access

Python bindings to the OpenStack Trove API
This is a client for the OpenStack Trove API. There's a Python API
(the troveclient module), and a command-line script
(trove). Each implements 100% of the OpenStack Trove
API.
