Update README.rst to support new Repository directories
While reading the README.rst to get ready to submit a spec and I saw that Repository structure layout and the Expected workflow section of the README.rst could be updated to support the Repository directory structure. Change-Id: I237ac8daecdbf21b11f0b62b0b1422eafe9523bf
